This Agreement is entered into between NAC Travel International (Pty) Ltd (Registration No. 2017/330295/07) ("NAC Travel", "Company", "we", "us") and the individual or entity accessing our services ("Client", "Student", "you").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering on the NAC Travel portal, submitting an application, or utilizing any of our study abroad facilitation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
2. Description of Services
NAC Travel International provides facilitation services for international education, including but not limited to:
- University and college application processing.
- Visa application guidance and document checking.
- Accommodation and travel arrangements.
- Pre-departure briefings and support.
Important Disclaimer: NAC Travel acts solely as an intermediary. We do not guarantee admission to any specific institution nor do we guarantee the issuance of a visa by any government authority. Final decisions rest solely with the respective universities and embassies.
3. Application Fees & Payments
3.1. Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely via PayFast (credit card, instant EFT) or via direct bank transfer. All invoices must be settled in full by the due date specified.
3.2. Non-Refundable Fees
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing:
- Application Fees paid to universities are strictly non-refundable.
- Service Fees paid to NAC Travel for administration and processing are non-refundable once the service has commenced (e.g., once an application has been submitted).
3.3. Tuition Deposits
Tuition deposits paid directly to universities are subject to the specific refund policies of that institution. NAC Travel will assist in facilitating refund requests where applicable but is not liable for funds held by third-party institutions.
4. Visa & Immigration Services
While we provide expert guidance based on current regulations:
- No Guarantee: The granting of a visa is the sole prerogative of the destination country's government. NAC Travel cannot guarantee visa outcomes.
- Information Accuracy: You are responsible for providing truthful, accurate, and complete information. Misrepresentation may result in a permanent ban by immigration authorities.
- Liability: NAC Travel is not liable for visa denials, delays, or losses incurred due to changes in immigration laws or embassy closures.
5. Student Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide authentic academic transcripts, passports, and financial documents.
- Adhere to the deadlines set by NAC Travel and partner institutions.
- Maintain a valid email address and phone number for communication.
- Disclose any prior visa refusals or criminal records, as these affect your application.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law (including the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008):
- NAC Travel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost tuition, travel costs, or income.
- Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the total Service Fees paid by you to NAC Travel in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
We process your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). By using our services, you consent to the transfer of your data to:
- International universities for admission purposes.
- Embassies/Consulates for visa processing.
- Third-party service providers (e.g., Couriers, Insurance providers) strictly for service delivery.

8. Code of Conduct
Users of our platform (including Students and Agents) must not:
- Harass or abuse NAC Travel staff.
- Upload fraudulent documents.
- Attempt to bypass the platform to deal directly with partners to avoid fees.
Violation of this code may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the NAC Travel website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of NAC Travel International and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved through:
- Negotiation: Good faith attempts to resolve the matter directly within 14 days.
- Arbitration: Failing negotiation, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in Johannesburg, South Africa, in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA).
The governing law of this agreement is the law of the Republic of South Africa.
