Do I need to sign in before upgrading?

Yes. The specialist portal may ask you to sign in so it can display your current plan and securely apply the upgrade to the correct NAC account.

Does one membership work across every NAC portal?

NAC Unified Membership is recognised across supported portals. The exact benefits enabled for a service are shown on that portal’s membership page.

Are government, embassy, supplier or airline charges discounted?

Membership savings apply only to eligible NAC-controlled professional service fees unless a portal explicitly states otherwise. Government, embassy, VAC or VFS, airline, hotel, insurance, tax and other third-party charges remain separate.

What is the difference between membership and a case service level?

Membership can provide account-level benefits and eligible NAC fee savings. A visa or travel service level still determines the specific work and support purchased for that case.
